HypnoBirthing for Christians Antenatal Course

'HypnoBirthing for Christians' is an online antenatal program designed to equip expectant parents with the tools they need to overcome a fear of childbirth.

Birth plans and circumstances change. But with the right knowledge, skills and tools, anyone can have a calm, positive and empowered birth regardless of the situation.

Virtual Course
In this virtual course delivered on a 1:1 basis over Google Meets, you will learn about physiological birth, what happens in non-physiological births, simple yet powerful breathing and relaxation techniques, visualisation, how to renew your mind with the Word of God, and most importantly, how to accept the strength freely given to you by Jesus Christ to complete your pregnancy journey and birth your baby.

The HypnoBirthing elements of the course are provided by the HypnoBirthing® Institute. The faith-based elements are provided by the Word of God.

In-person Course
Would you and your partner love to have your antenatal course in person? If so, you can pay a little bit more to experience the same, wonderful 'Hypnobirthing for Christians' course, delivered in person.

The in-person workshop for you and your partner provides a sensory, interactive, hands on learning experience where we create vision boards, practice birth and relaxation positions and learn how to perform massages, record your own affirmations, and so much more.
